      Thank you all for letting us invade your privacy, at least in this small way. Thank you for your intelligence and humanity.

      What is amazing about these photos is how the photographer, David Katz, catches everyone in such natural states. They are completely oblivious to his presence.

      They are oblivious to his presence because they always have either photographers or video crews in there presence. You just block it out and don't notice anymore.

      But why no image of the moment the results were final?

      What makes you sure that *isn't* the moment the results are final?

      This must have been at the start of the night when the results for red states were coming in. It looked bad for a half an hour until Pennsylvania was called for Obama

      I'm looking at Sen and Mrs. Biden..they look like a great couple!

      Maybe there's no photo of when the results were final because the photographer took a break to celebrate along with everyone else in the room?

      Sorry - Off topic but what in hell is that above his head? Some kind of minimalist art? Fire the interior designer!

      Cú Chulainn - That deep red shape with darker streaks in it looks a lot like a piece of Bois De Rose (dalbergia maritima), a rosewood species native to Madagascar. It is an extraordinarily intense wood.

      waltarrrrr - they are oblivious to the photographer's presence because he is did not use a flash.

      How at ease everyone was. I love this family!

      What was achieved on Nov. 4th is truly a victory and in no way should it be seen otherwise within its' right. But not for the same reason it is also the spark which will ignite our constitution doused over the years with the fuel of dwelling liberties by the very people it was designed to protect.

      Dear President Obama

      I produced this as a means of supporting
      your efforts in the quest for world peace.
      I used the images as a means of innuendo.
      .

      The Video is called;

      "Show us the way President Obama"

      I am honored by your win, your presence in
      American politics and your extreme courage
      to change the very fabric of our nation for the
      better.

      The video is here at;

      www.youtube.com/watch?v=8r7CZARwU2k

      Love Stan
      A proud American

      P.S. To all others viewing this, it is a
      very strong message and the only way
      to fully understand the intent is to watch
      it all the way through.
      If it is overwhelming, book mark
      and come back later.
      If you think it inappropriate,
      to this I say these people like you
      have hopes, aspirations, dreams, family
      and every single one of them still breathing
      now belong to our new President.
