What it looks like outside....The whole structure is roughly between 1200-1400 square feet. I'm estimating this square footage. I think this place, if I do my research, without land, would cost me between $40,000-$50,000.
The large panes running around the house are solar glass that at the touch of the button will change from transparent to dark or in between...if not will have blinds installed. The roof will have solar panels on top. I don't know if the support beams would be steel or treated wood. The central structure you see is the "pod" that houses the bathroom (with wet room), all the plumbing for the house and boiler, closet space and steps to the loft above the ground floor.
There will be a fireplace for heat and aesthetics.
