Making Japchae: Sesame Seeds
Fill a bowl with some seasame seeds and put your japchae mixture on top. Add another tablespoon of seasame oil and stir to coat. Mmmmm, japchae.

Put in the glass noodles and stir them about so they soak up the left over liquid.

Add in the spinach as well as two table spoons of soy sauce and two teaspoons of sugar. Let cook for five minutes.

Cook the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds and then quickly rinse with cold water. Cut off stems and chop into pieces.
