Boeuf Carottes

    Lunch today - beef and carrots stewed in red wine, served with mashed potatoes. I am taking advantage of all the meat before I start my New Year's Resolution of becoming a veggie.

      Les "Boeuf-Carottes" désignent également ce qu'on appelle "la police des polices", c'est-à-dire la police chargée d'enquêter sur les affaires policières qui se sont mal passées (bavures etc...)
