So what are the layers? Looks like two kinds of mixed rice (one with pickles, one with nori), a layer of egg strips, shrimp and salmon roe on top. Tiny shiso leaves as garnish.

On a day of Hinamatsuri, chirashi-zushi or rolled sushi are made in many homes. And it is popular recently to form chirashi-zushi for hinamatsuri like decorated cake.
I formed them with a Cercle for confectionery.
From the bottom sequentially, sushi rice with the pink fish floss and sesame, sushi rice with the Gomoku-chirashi mix, sushi rice with ao-nori and sesame, shredded omelet, prawn, salmon roe, the young leave of the Japanese pepper (kinome).
I cooked the many parts of them only by mixing and laying ingredients. I made them in approximately 2 hours. If there are necessary ingredients, you will easily make those sushi.
