pace

    I came across this gentleman who was on his way home from the market one day in Venice, Italy.

    He was in his late 80's... early 90's. I followed him for a couple blocks as I was taken-back by the slow... relaxed... easy pace at which he was headed home.

    Not a care in the world.
    No one to rush him.
    Nothing important to do except to enjoy every moment of life... step by step.

    I was jealous. I think that most people probably would be.
