Ceroring  The Ceroring shape is round and small, has yellow skin when ripe and green at early unripe stage. If peeled off, you will see its translucent white flesh making up four to six longitudinal segments. Finely ripe ceroring will be sweet. Try avoiding to wolf younger ceroring, as it’s acid and somewhat bitter.
