Behind the Gare Saint-Lazare
Recreation of Henri Cartier-Bresson's 1932 photograph "Behind the Gare Saint Lazare" in Lego www.afterimagegallery.com/bressonbehind.htm
Minor photoshop work to remove the cotton suspending the minifig and convert to B&W.
Lighting Info: Nikon SB-28 at 1/2 power mounted on a lightstand in a shoot through brolly about 1 foot to camera left pointing down at the scene. Foamcore board at the back to get an even reflection in the water (thank you Light, Science & Magic!). Triggered with eBay remotes.

Love it man! I had a five gallon bucket of legos as a kid. And to combine it with the classic images from the giants of my passion is so unique and creative. I'll be blogging this on my wedding and portrait site to share some history and humor with my clients.
great job.
