      Daffodilious, they do have a bit of crunch to the outside. I tend to like cookies a bit underdone (all that gooeyness!) so mine aren't as crunchy as the could be. BTW, "crunchewy" is now added to my vocabulary.

      I just had to try this recipe...I've been on a search for a GREAT chocolate chip cookie recipe for quite some time. I used white chocolate in this one and walnuts instead of pecans. I just don't see how they could get any better. THANKS!!
