A wild and woolly evening in Beadle County SD 08/24/06

This string of pics,will give you an idea of the intensity and ferocity of a tornado.
The first 31 images were taken by me from East of Huron,looking West as the supercell was dissipating.The latter 19 were taken from North of Wolsey looking South west.
Reports from different localities,say that the tornado was between 1/4 - 1/2 mile wide on the ground...
An F3 Tornado,with winds ranging between 158-200 mph / 255-322 kph.
In this severe storms wake it demolished several rural homes and fortunately with no loss of life.
I would like to thank Tala Nelson State Trooper with the SD Highway Patrol for allowing me to include her incredible photographs to give you some perspective of this massive Storm cell,that threatened Huron and Beadle County
