looks like all of the work (at least what's visible, which is the whole point of the set) has been to the wall of the existing building on the left. it now has an even gray coat of something or other which i assume is a preparatory step required before they can progress with building whatever will sit on the site. also notice the opening on the middle metallic gray volume which has been covered over.

oh, and it appears that they've been busily painting the sky blue in the last month as well...
