Giant's Causeway

The Giant's Causeway starts from this dormant volcano, whose lava, when it erupted 60 million years ago, flowed into the Irish Sea.
As the lava solidified, the basalt took its form as these tall, thin 40,000 interlocking hexagonal columns.
