Matsumoto Castle

Hello all,

Even in the business of the MOCAthalon, I have been working very industriously on completing this project for the Eurobricks Architecture contest. Finding the right model was quite difficult, but I finally found one that I really liked. Thank you Sean for helping me find the idea! :D

The contest is to build a microscale architectural structure or landmark. After many different ideas, I settled on this.
More information on the building can be found here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matsumoto_Castle

Nothing too incredible here. Still, I am really happy with it.

EDIT: Through some lapse of reason on somebody's part, I ended up winning the Master Builder title for the Classic Castle Contest this year! Many thanks to all of you for your encouragement and support.

Grace and Peace,
-Blake

Hmm. Very nice. I especially like the sloping on the roof. However there are some gaps in it. The trees are brilliant.
Score: Just barely scraping up a 5.

If only Lego made corner cheese slopes. Then this would be perfection.
