    The Classic QST cover of the event that shocked the free world: The launching of the satellite called Sputnik. This ability to put anything into orbit said without having to say it that we [the commies] can drop a nuclear bomb on you anytime, anywhere. We must thank them however for providing the incentive for launching the space-race.
