Art journaling
My Portfolio Water Soluble Oil Pastels arrived from an Etsy seller today. They cost much less even with the shipping added than any you can find here. I played around with them over an acrylic background I'd already added to the journal. I just scribbled the heart instead of trying to do a good one, but I love the colours so much that I had to show how gorgeous they are. Thy're so rich and creamy and smooshy and smeary used dry like this.
