suffered through some serious insomnia a few years ago where i would go over six days without sleep. hallucinations and all. wasn't pretty.

hope you're getting some rest. i've found that taking a bath before going to bed helps.

Thankfully the night after I took these I slept very well and I'm pretty sure I'll sleep good tonight too!

Ah yes very terrible when insomnia hits. I have been having a bout for the last week. I went to sleep one time at 6 in the morning and could see the sun rising in my room. Very cool picture, great capture of it.
