      Impressive ethnic costume.
      Isn't she a supporter of the taliban?
      Indigo was used as one of the basic colors of the Japanese formal clothes in Edo period.

      As I know this is a traditional costume in Afghanistan from ages.

      If you notice her Abaya is pretty nice...the bottom flairs up.

      That's true... I'm reading a book that talks about these women having fun dressing up in their saris and chodars and feeling sexy and mysterious all covered up... It's very interesting. Madras on Rainy Days by Samina Ali, if anyone's curious. :)
