Eastman Kodak Vest Pocket Kodak Model B. I was doing some macro experimenting. I took a Canon EF 70-200 2.8 mounted to an EF25 extension tube mounted to an Extender EF 1.4 II mounted to my 20D. Shooting distance was about two feet and it worked fairly well I was inside using natural light so shutter wasn’t as fast as I would have liked. Eastman Kodak Vest Pocket Kodak Model B. Found this camera at a garage sale for a dollar. Thought it looked cool. According to the internet (everything on the internet is true) this camera was produced from 1925 to 1934 and cost $7.50 when it was new.
