      Did you pipe the pearls with royal icing and then add luster dust?

      My daughter is getting married this June and this is her FAVORITE cake!! How does our cake person get this look? Are these pearls all separate or are they on mesh? Where do I get Luster Dust? Thank you SO much! I was doubting that she would be able to have this look. Thank you!! Laurie
