Alita's Gallery

Alita is a DNA'd female Bronze Wing Pionus and my second bird. She is approximately 204 grams in weight.

Bronze Wings grow to about 11 inches in length and can live (it is estimated) 40 years or more. They are touted as being quiet birds suitable for those living in apartments. While they are quiet for the most part, they (like all parrots) do make noise and do have the capacity to be "loud" if they'd like. However, relative to other parrots, they are quieter in volume and intensity.
