Seafood Paella - Colmao Flamenco

Seafood Paella - Colmao Flamenco AUD 36 for two.

The seafood paella was quite good, marred slightly by the overly al dente rice. Usually, a good paella will have socarrat , a caramelised crust at the bottom, but this didn't have any. It was a good thing the seafood was fresh, and the juices made the rice much tastier than the Chicken Paella.

It was so good that Shanny couldn't resist the last prawn, just as the waitress was clearaing the table!

The Chicken Paella wasn't as tasty without the seafood, but the sofrito flavour stronger.
