Spanish Chorizo Pizza

Spanish Chorizo Pizza was yum!
But the chorizo from Safeway was a bit fatty.

We used Jamie Oliver's trick of using pureed semi-dried tomato instead of making a pizza sauce, and it turned out quite well!

- Prawn Pizza
- Margherita Pizza
- Smoked Polish Kabana Pizza
- Spanish Chorizo Pizza
- Omega's Fruit Platter

We get a lot of non-traditional toppings on pizzas here in Melbourne. Chorizo is actually quite common here! :)

Haha, you should try the Portuguese pizza I grew up with. My mom made it when I was a kid.

It looks so much better than that, and doesn't have tons of fat on it :-)

I'm looking online for recipes so I can make it tomorrow for dinner... My mom doesn't seem to interested on passing her recipes through the generations... :'-(
