it's not a Thai yellow curry, but I think it was loaded with turmeric. That's why it is yellow :)
The mutton was quite spicy though...

Scuzzi, i like coconut milk too :P
that's one of the problems of eating curries in a Western country. They always skimp on the spice. I'm not talking about heat from the chillies. give me more cumin, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, everything! :)
