It's fun to hold a bunch of dandelions and let the wind play with them....snapping away with your camera. Of course you end up covered in dandelion seeds, but it is worth it in the end.

My son has decided that he wants to learn tattoo art. This is real, it is permanent, it is his first, he did it himself, it is not complete yet he tells me. And since I know nothing about tattoos I have to take his word for it. I will always support my family in any venture they choose to try, and this is no different. I am proud of him for picking a direction and hope he learns all there is to learn about this art and hones his skills to perfection.

My best friend caught me once again taking pictures of my damn shoes. Love ya Cathy!

So my son checked the weather because we are really hoping for the rumored snow to start...and we found this as "Breaking News"....

Update: She won Most Photogenic in a pageant on 11-09-08! Way cool!

This was taken with my worn fence as a backdrop, in the light just at sunset. It was a spontaneous shot, and she was not 'ready' for any photos...but adjusting the background and enhancing her features won her Miss Photogenic against other girls who were professionally posed and dressed for the photo shoot.
