I was thinking '66 or '67, but I can't tell for sure. The postcard is postmarked 1969, but it probably was printed a couple of years or so before it was mailed.
Yeah, October of 1965 at the earliest.... since we can all agree there is a 1965 model year Olds in the photo but there is also a 1966 model year Toronado in the used car corral so it probably was 1966 or 1967. That Studebaker is a rare "Starlight Coupe" Two cars in front of it sits a white 1959 Oldsmobile 2-door Hardtop.
Another interesting detail is the somewhat obvious editing out of the neighboring buildings etc. with the cyan sky & puffy clouds. The pic. almost appears to depict the edge of a flat earth, the ground just dropping off into empty space.

My guess is '66. There's a '65 (Olds) in the used car lot. I'm amazed at the old Studebaker parked in the street.
