No more Picnik

No more snowy portraits.......waaaa!!!!..............all editing will have to be done with other inferior sites or PS....My Photoshop is really old.... sadly old.
I am asking for opinions on Photoshop vs Lightroom vs the new Corel PaintShop Pro X4 Ultimate.
I am looking for user friendliness and short cuts. But I like variety and versatility.
I have been using my ancient PS and Picnik together for years.

This photo was edited using a combination of my PS, Sumo paint, Pixlr.com and the photoshop.com express. and it is still not how I want it to be:-(
it is just o.k.
I love and respect your opinions. PLEASE I would love insight on your favorite photo editing programs and why. Thank you!!!
