Yasato, 八郷, is the area, east of Tsukuba mountains, "behind" the mountains from Tsukuba. Yasato means "8 villages", the area surrounded by low mountains, isolated from big cities, quiet and peaceful place. Especially villages along the foot of Tsukuba mountains are very scenic and remains old landscapes much.

Wenzhe; Thank you for you nice comment and fav (^_^). But for shacles of conviention in these agricutural communities and regulation of agricultural land act, such a place would have been like a heaven, but little people who once expreriennced urban life, hope to live there ... I am reluctant too...
