You're killing me with your photos. I spent the good part of an afternoon with my head in a Grevillea trying to get this shot. You seem to get these great sharp shots all the time. What am I missing???

Just not coming to embrace this one. Nothing to do with your photography at all. Co-incidental. The overall colours in the yellow/orange range tend to dilute the main subject. That is simply because of the plant. Sorry. I will be in trouble now. :-) (contacts photos)

Ron your not in trouble. I do agree with your comments. I wasnt entirely happy with this shot as I think that the DOF is a bit too shallow and the bee does tend to blend in a bit too much with the plant. Next time I will have to change my aperture settings to get more of the bee into focus :-)
