Cherry tart

We found some pickled cherries hidden away in the coolroom, add frangipane, and some sweet pastry..... and i cant resist pulling the camera out!
Spiced pickled cherry and almond tart, cherry custard, whipped vanilla cream was the end result.

Thank you.....Unfortunately i didn't have time, nor favorable light to photography the after, theres a piece leftover in the fridge which I'll see what i can do with tomorrow! :P
