Auntie Rain on ferry
In August of 1977, my late brother and I hitched a ride with Skip Barber to Bridgehampton from central Massachusetts. (Skip was so desperate for flaggers back then, he agreed to give us a ride. I bet he doesn't do THAT anymore!) Here, my brother caught me relaxing, enjoying the waves and the water on the Long Island ferry on a warm day.
