Lemon Cupcake with Marshmallow frosting and a Candy Lemon Slice
I found these gummi sugar-coated lemon slices at the mall and had this idea to put them in cupcakes sort of, upright, like imagine a lemon wedge sitting on the edge of the glass your cocktail is in. But that didn't work out because the proportion was way off and they would just fall out of the cake and mess up my frosting.
I really like the way they turned out though!
