at the beginning of the year I was real good about taking a good straight-on picture of myself about the same time every month, just as a way to document changes. I forgot about it for awhile, but my hair is getting longer (and redder), I'm at 00's now, and yes, I do wear overalls around my house when I'm doing laundry. don't judge me. I also renewed my resolve to eat healthier and drink less, and as a result I've shed about 10 lbs. since I started.
