Steampunk Cane

Based on a design by Phil and Kaja Foglio of Girl Genius fame, and using the "Highly Efficient 0-100% LED Dimmer" circuit by J. A. Bezemer

Yes, I know it's not very steamy or very punk, but "Steampunk" is a lot less of a mouthful than Vaguely Vernian Victorianism. Besides, it's a costume, not a lifestyle.

The actual theme of the costume was 'Victorian time travellers.'
