apple evolution-sharpple?

During my lunch break on Friday I decided to shoot an apple before I ate it. My mind began to wander and this was the finished product. Please view this at full size.

I can't believe this photo made to #1 on Explore! Thank you to everyone! I appreciate all the wonderful comments and faves.

it's cool. I think the reflection really takes away from it though, as just flipping an image and lowering the opacity doesn ever produce a realistic reflection. maybe just leave it on the solid surface?
