Zenitar Fisheye 16mm/2.8. I picked up a used version at a photoshop near Kropotkinskaya for 2500 roubles ($85).

Amazing shot. Simply stunning! The only thing I can even imagine to (possibly) improve this shot is to try rotating it slightly clock-wise (to make it a bit more balanced).
