150/365 Levitation VI: Card Game

    150/365

This was so much fun to do. My family has been asking about my levitation pictures and wanted to be in one/have a levitating picture of their own. We were playing cards and this idea was born. Clockwise it's: grandma, grandpa, brother, sister, mom. I wanted to focus on each person to get their expressions how I liked them, so I shot each person individually and composited them together. My sister kind of got cut off (bummer) but other than that I really like this. My family's so goofy.

Strobist: Nikon SB-900 camera left fired bare, 8 feet away and 3 feet high, fired straight up to bounce off ceiling, 1/2 power 24mm zoom
Nikon SB-600 camera right fired bare, 6 feet away and 3 feet high, fired straight up to bounce off ceiling, 1/4 power 85mm zoom
    Triggered with Interfit Strobies

Awesome, man!!! I hope you didn't levitate too high, as an interaction with the ceiling fan could have been nasty!!

Keep up the great work, Erich!!
