An ode to the old ways of working

Sokam
Olympia portable typewriter, acquired from the last Queen's Day
The draft
The notebook where I handwrite texts for my book and everything that popped out of my mind
No night would be complete without cups of coffee.
Paper ashtray. Don't have time yet to recover my lost ashtray.
A classic banker's lamp
...my friend through the lonely nights. I sometimes too lazy to set up a playlist, so I just let myself at the whim of the radio host.
Yes, it can be THAT hot.

An ode to the old ways of working by astronomsableng.
One of those hot summer night when I use my spare time to type the draft of my novel. A typewriter, cups of coffee, and kretek. Does this remind me of dad when I was just a kid, hanging out with him through those nights when he typed his works, drank pots of coffee and smoked?
