GWizz (Reva) electric powered car

I see a lot of these electric cars wizzing about central London these days. This red one is parked right outside my work place. On surrounding streets I have spotted at least 15-20 of them. They're 100% electic, exempt from the London congestion charge, you can park for free in Westminster and Camden boroughs and road tax is zero. What's more insurance is next to nothing. The draw back is a 40mph speed limit, although that's fine for congested central London streets, and a 40-45Km limit to the range before the battery goes flat. Mind you, with it's conventional three pin electric plug and five meter charging cable it wouldn't be very hard to recharge. Many car parks in central London are now offering charging points for these cars as well as petrol (gas) stations.
