Are you sure that's the Rocky Mountains? It appears to me that the dark blue is water. Is it possibly near the Dixon Entrance or Hecate Strait? Maybe Misty Fiord National Monument? Or Prince of Wales Island.

We don't have anywhere near that amount of snow in the Rocky Mountains right now. The mountain's don't appear to match the Rocky Mountain Range AND the uniformity of the blue between the uniformly snowcapped mountains appears to be water.

This photo is just east of Vancouver Island on the British Columbia mainland. The nose of the Dragon capsule is pointing at a body of water called Bute Inlet, and this is the Coast Mountain Range, not the Rocky Mountains, which are around 800km east of this photo.

It is an outstanding image though, I must say. Absolutely breathtaking.
