Worm's Eye View...Monday

Today's a holiday (Family Day) here in Ontario, and so I've enjoyed a lovely long weekend. When I took this today, I immediately thought about Worm's Eye View Sunday, but I've missed that boat! Feels like Sunday around here today :)

The chickadee series continues

I love love love the trails at the end of my street, and spent a few hours exploring them this weekend. (Thanks for coming, Jenn!)

The trails crisscross over and around each other such that I don't think I can take the same route twice - we tried to get back to this spot with some bird seed later and took the wrong trail a couple of times before we stumbled upon it again. But it's so lovely and quiet (and it's so warm out!) that taking the long way makes for a better walk.

Afternoon snack

The realization that we're now onto D prompted me to get on the scanning of my shot for C that I've been sitting on. The reason for the delay? My scanner is in the basement. Apparently I have not yet embraced the idea of living on more than one floor.
