Majacraft wheel kate, improved

I replaced one of the steel rods with a longer one (5/16" rod as I recall) so I can pile three bobbins onto the kate on that side. It also makes the kate tall enough that the plying bobbin fits in the top spot (its end fits in that little curved-in piece)
