Group of Lions - Victoria and Albert Museum, London UK
These lions are electrotype copies of the three silver lions that guard the royal throne at Rosenborg Castle in Copenhagen, Denmark. They are made of electroformed copper, cast in moulds taken directly from the originals. The copper lions were then plated with silver in electroplating vats.

Discovered that photographing aquarium fish is not easy. They move around a lot and one has to be mindful of the flash reflection off the glass. Add to that having to hand-hold the camera and focus manually...
