Darling Ashes' photostream

Took this picture on the 25th. Partially because I wanted to show of my new hair, and partially because I wanted to take a picture. I cut my hair off for Locks of Love, and this is the result of the styling. I have to admit it was kind of inspired by my love for Zooey Deschanel. About the picture, I'm not sure if anyone will understand the theme, but I hope so.

Also from yesterdays photo shoot. this one's my Moms favorite. I'm not uploading this one to Facebook, because I really don't know how they feel about skin. I mean, I know porn isn't allowed, though I've noticed some photography Fan Pages with borderline nude or pretty much nude. I don't have a Fan Page yet, but if I got one would I have to worry so much about it?

Title: Twilight Bathing

Took this yesterday. it was rather cold, and the dirty ground just made it colder. This is not exactly what i was going for when it comes to range. I wanted to be a little farther from the camera, but I don't have a remote. :/

I took 160 photos during the first major Snow Day i've seen sine I was five. we got seven inches, and ti's still hanging around. I took a lot of great pictures, but didn't know what to post. So I just randomly picked this one.

Originally, my "Self-Portrait" idea involved me being naked, but it started to "freeze rain", and the snow became iced and hard. So I couldn't do what i wanted.

So this is my first image of the New Year, and it’s an EPIC FAILURE! LOL. In my defense I had a really awesome shot planed, but it was to windy outside to take it. >:( So I opted for working on my levitation techniques. It’s something I haven’t protected yet, but I’ll get the hang of it eventually.

Anyway this is the beginning of a “52 Weeks” project, though I’m not going to be as strict with it as my 365. I may take more then one picture a week, or skip a week. As long as I have 52 or more picture by the end of the year I’ll call it a victory.

Another thing. I got a Camcorder for Christmas so I made a YouTube (<-click) account. I only have two videos up right now (they're both kind of dorky), but if anyone wants to see a “behind the scenes” or “questions” like video I can do that.

The last thing, I’m going to try to be more active on Flickr. Comment more photos, and excreta. I’d really like to grow my following, and gain more photography friends.
