Pontotoc County Court House, 1926 (13th ST). I don't know what's up with the U's being engraved as V's, but I'm going to assume it's not a typo.

Random stumbler onto this photo pool, coming to confirm that this isn't a typo. The U's are V's because they were trying to go for a Roman style. Latin U's were often written as V's in ancient Rome.
