      I have a confession.

      When I was not vegan, no-bake cookies were my absolute favorite. I have not found a recipe yet (I haven't really looked much), but I once tried to make them by using a normal recipe and substituting the eggs and butter and well... let's just say I was 17 and it did not turn out well.

      Let me know if these are amazing, because I need something like them in my life.

      PS-My first vegan baking forway was a pumpkin spice cake with a 'cream cheese' frosting. I accidently used the Herbs & Chives Tofutti Cream Cheese for the frosting...I thought the green specks were a part of its vegan-ness?
