B&W processing in lightroom 2.5.
1. Negative Tone curve to convert scanned negative.
2. The sliders are inverted. Apply contrast curve, brightness, sharpness
3. use mogrify plugin with standard export to apply borders.

Finally, a good B&W processing workflow in Lightroom. Lots of control including selective dodge and burn.

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

thanks sir. yes, this was scanned as positive. Step 1 does the conversion to regular B&W image, 16x3-bit RGB colour.
