for the first time in forever we had a free afternoon. basketball season is over, so no practice for matt. the kids were out early due to faculty meetings. we didn't know what to do with ourselves. i made banana muffins then cooked supper for the 4th night in a row. it was supposed to be leftovers night, but i had the time to whip something up. do i get a gold star?

this is a crap photo. i didn't intend for this to be my photo of the day, but oh well, its all i've got. i took one shot then got distracted.
i got my first order of quince yarn today. nothing planned, really. maybe some neck accessories, easy stuff. easy is my pace right now.

It's been so warm lately, it feels like spring. The babe and I spent some time outside enjoying the nice weather. as you can see, someone wasn't amused. so expressive, this little one.
