boro style small quilt

The layers are: muslin on the bottom, poly blend quilt batting, then one patch at a time sewn to make a "borro" style quilt. This is an ancient Japanese technique which was utlilized primarily by peasants to extend the use of weathered fabrics by patching them. In current days it is considered an art form. I've had so much fun creating using this method. I've listed a website with descriptive information in case anyone is interested in reading more. Thanks for looking!
