Como se hizo: Imagen panorámica procedente de dos RAW formato horizontal, y unidos horizontalmente. Realmente una foto muy particular desde su comienzo. Estaba lloviendo por lo cual yo estaba en medio del sembrado, paraguas en mano y la camara como podía(mi mujer y mis hijos esperando en el coche), pero ya conocemos las penurias de este hobbie.

Hoy hace dos años que comencé mi andadura por flickr, quiero quedarme con los momentos buenos, y con la cantidad de gente (inmerecida creo yo) que sigue mi trabajo. En esta ocasión no quiero recordar a nadie, porque seguro que se me olvidan muchos.
Lo único que puedo decir es que, no me arrepiento de la experiencia.

Agradezco a todos vuestro apoyo y feedbak sin el cual no hubiera conseguido progresar. Y por ello tengo fuerzas de seguir creciendo y compartiendo mi visión de los diversos motivos de mis fotografías.

Making off: Panoramic view of two RAW horizontal images merged also horizontally. This was a very special image from the start. It was raining and I was in the middle of the field, umbrella in my hand and struggling to hold my camera (wife and kids waiting in the car) - but all of this comes with the job I guess.

Today it's two years since I started on Flickr. I want to stress all those good moments and the number of people that follow my work (deservedly, I think). On this occasion I am not giving names of the people I would like to thank because I'm sure that I'd forget many.
The only thing I can say is that I don't regret joining this community.

My thanks to all of you for your support and feedback because without them I wouldn't have been able to grow as a photographer. Thank you for the incentive you give me to keep learning and sharing my view of the different subjects portrayed in my photos.

Como se hizo: Imagen procedente de dos archivos RAW, fusionadas con photomerge de photoshop CS, pasada a blanco y negro con método ColorLab y virada con amarillo.

Con esta fotografía quiero despedirme por una temporada, necesito tiempo para preparar nuevos trabajos y nuevos retos, así que por ahora sólo voy a repostear una temporada. Desear una gran salida/entrada de año a todos, y quiero volver a presentar mi primer libro de fotografía, podeis verlo en el siguiente link.

Como se hizo: Imagen panorámica procedente de un RAW. Realmente hacía un frío del carajo como se dice vulgarmente, pero ya conocemos las penurias de este hobbie.

La primitiva ciudad arévaca de Uxama tuvo su asentamiento en el Cerro Castro. La ciudad celtíbera, de sustrato étnico arévaco, fue anexionada por Roma en el 99 a. C, siendo colonizada y repoblada por los conquistadores hasta las invasiones bárbaras de Hispania en el 409 d. C. En época visigoda mutó su nombre por el de Oxoma u Osoma, a la par que le era reconocida su importancia al ser encumbrada al rango de sede episcopal en el año 597. La invasión musulmana también caracterizó esta próspera ciudad a la que sus conquistadores llamaron Waxsima, de su permanencia en ella da fe la atalaya árabe que aún perdura en el cerro de Uxama.
Durante el siglo X, la Osma cristiana se traslada al Castillo al lado izquierdo del río Ucero. En esa epoca se librarón varias batallas en las cuales el Rey Ramiro II de León derroto a las tropas del Califa Abderramen III, desde aquel momento la población fue bajando del Castillo al lado derecho de río Ucero, actual emplazamiento de Osma.

Uxama is a city Celtiberian, The name Osma derives from the Celtic Uxama.
