      Pretty. The most annoying thing I ever saw was an inattentive couple walking their young (and inquisitive) puppy in a cactus garden. I saw it coming and really should have spoken up but I didn't and sure enough next thing you know, the poor puppy was yelping it's little head off as it was covered in cactus spines (which are often barbed and very difficult to remove). The couple couldn't figure out what was wrong.

      brutal. we saw a similar thing: parents letting their kids run through the cactus patch. it was freaky. thankfully nobody that i saw got pricked.

      The puppy i feel sorry for, but the kids - i'd be putting it down to a necessary learning experience. Nature bites, if you don't pay attention :)
